1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Cockpit ("the Service"), operated by Graybridge Labs, a Delaware C-Corporation ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Cockpit is a software-as-a-service platform that provides per-agent work records, identity attribution, connected bridge activity, manual spend and burn tracking, and related review and performance-management tools for AI agents, delivered primarily via a hosted web application. Provider billing attribution, output KPIs, and private or self-hosted deployments may be offered separately under additional terms.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Cockpit is in private beta. If you enter a paid plan, monthly or annual billing is processed in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
- Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' access
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service or any self-hosted distribution
- Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or malicious content
- Resell access to the hosted Service without written permission
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you store in Cockpit. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your data solely to provide the Service. You can export Cockpit-held workspace data from the Service. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Integrations
If you connect Cockpit to third-party services such as Linear, GitHub, or Notion, you authorize us to access and process the integration data needed to provide the connected features you use. Your use of those third-party services remains governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Self-Hosted Software
Cockpit may offer private or self-hosted deployments for data-sovereignty use cases. Those deployments are not part of the standard self-serve plans and are governed by a separate license agreement provided before activation. These Terms govern use of the hosted Service at getcockpit.co.
9. Intellectual Property
The Cockpit name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Graybridge Labs. The Service's design, proprietary features, and hosted infrastructure remain our intellectual property.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graybridge Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Graybridge Labs and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
